Acceptance of Terms

When you access or use Yukon Gold Gleam services, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of them, you should not use our services.

These terms form a legally binding arrangement between you and TECHNO-JEUX INC, operating as Yukon Gold Gleam under RACJ License #856-36.

Eligibility Requirements

To take part in Yukon Gold Gleam, the following conditions must be met:

• Be 19 years of age or older (or meet the age of majority in your province/territory)
• Reside in Canada and be able to provide valid identity and address documentation
• Not be restricted from gambling through any self-exclusion program
• Not be an employee of TECHNO-JEUX INC, a close relative, or a member of a regulatory body
• Have the legal authority to enter into enforceable agreements

Account Responsibilities

By registering an account, you agree that you will:

• Submit information that is correct, up to date, and complete
• Keep your account details current by updating them when needed
• Protect your login information and keep it confidential
• Be responsible for activity carried out through your account
• Contact us right away if you suspect unauthorized access

You must not share your login details with others or attempt to access another person's account.

Draw Participation

Participation in draws is governed by these conditions:

• Each entry requires successful payment and eligibility confirmation
• Draws take place at announced times under transparent procedures
• Winning outcomes are considered final
• Prize requests must be submitted within 21 days of the draw date
• Unclaimed prizes are processed according to RACJ requirements

Prohibited Activities

These actions are not allowed:

• Using automation, scripts, or bots to enter draws
• Trying to influence outcomes or exploit system weaknesses
• Participating while physically outside Canada
• Using deceptive payment methods or unauthorized credentials
• Breaking any relevant laws or regulatory rules

If these rules are violated, the account may be closed immediately, winnings may be forfeited, and legal steps may be taken where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TECHNO-JEUX INC is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Loss of information, income, or business prospects
• Service disruptions outside our reasonable control
• Actions taken by third parties or third-party content
• Errors by users or issues related to user devices

Any liability on our part is limited to the amount you paid to participate in the specific draw related to the claim.
